BOOKINGS
Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance, require a 1/3 deposit . Full payment then due 6 weeks before your holiday commences .
Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance require full payment .

BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Once you have received confirmation of booking, the balance is due six weeks before commencement of holiday .

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
£100.00 damage deposit payable on all bookings, this will be returned to you less any deductions within 2 weeks of your departure or we will notify you of any underpayment to be met .

ELIGIBILITY
*Groups of single persons under the age of 25 years &
*All male or all female parties in excess of 3 persons will not be accepted.

EXTRA PERSONS
The property may not be occupied by persons other than those named on the booking form.

ALL TENANTS AGREE
*To keep and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state returning all furniture to the place in which it was found on entry. If this is not the case he/she will be liable for extra cleaning costs.
*To pay for any breakages and damage.
*Not to do anything to make void any insurance policy on the property.
*Not to cause a nuisance to neighbours.
*To allow the owner or their employees reasonable access.
*To leave the accommodation in such a state and condition that it is suitable for occupation by another hirer. If this is not the case the tenant will be liable for the hire charges for the accommodation for the period until it is so available and for any
loss or damage which shall be occasioned thereby.
*Not to part with possessions of the property, or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form.
*Not to smoke in the property.

PETS
*When pets are permitted an extra charge of £20 each (per week) or £15 each (per Short Break) is required.
*Pets must not be left in the property unattended.
*Pets are not allowed in bedrooms.
*Please bring your pets own bedding ( bedding or furnishings provided must not be used ).
*You are responsible for any damage that they may cause.
*St Ives Holiday Lets are not responsible for your pets safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must firstly be advised by email or telephone, followed by written confirmation within 7 days.
We will endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, will refund any monies already paid less a £25 administration cost. If the property is not re-let for any reason, the original Hirer is liable for the whole of the rental amount.

NON AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION
If due to circumstances beyond our control the property is unavailable because of fire, flooding etc., all monies paid will be refunded in full and we will not be under any further liability to the hirer.

LIABILITY
The owners of the property do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to persons or property, which the tenants or any other persons may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with the letting.
We also cannot be held responsible for failure of public services (eg. water and electricity) and disturbance which is beyond our control.

INSURANCE
We recommend that the Hirer takes out insurance to cover the cost of events such as losses, damage to personal belongings and cancellation .

Directions

Directions :- ( Please be aware that many of the roads in St Ives are very narrow . The road leading up to the apartment is narrow and also Norway Square can become congested at times )
Drive along Wharf Road , looking out for the turning on the left ( for the Sloop Car Park ) , which is just before a shop called "Hunny Pot" and opposite a large Slipway on your right . Take this turning , there is a Post Office on your left and a Fish & Chip shop on your right ( behind Hunny Pot ) . Do not go straight ahead into the Sloop car park though , instead bear left and drive up the hill ( Church Place ) passing Mariners Gallery (church) on your right . At the top , turn right , Mariners apartments are then straight ahead ( next to Norway House B&B ) , with No 4 being at the top of the steps . Turn right again into Norway Square where you will be able to park if there are any spaces or turn if there isn't . After dropping off your luggage proceed back down the hill ( Church Place ) turn left at the bottom to get back onto The Wharf , then turn left into Fish Street and follow signs to The Island car park . If there are no spaces there , follow the one way system around on Back Road West ( Passing the side and back of No 4 Mariners , just after Norway Stores on the corner ) , passing also the Tate and Porthmeor beach , go up the steep hill turn left and follow the road down to Barnoon car park .
