Netherdell is bungalow set in a secluded and quiet garden, yet close to the centre of the fine old town of Bungay. Access to the front door from the drive is via a concrete path and ramp, both wide enough for a wheel chair.

The property was re-decorated and a new kitchen fitted in 2009. Accommodation is suitable for those with restricted mobility and wheelchair users and comprises utility room, kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric rise and recline chair, sun lounge, 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, toilet with hand rails, bathroom with hand rail by wash basin and walk-in/wheel-in shower with hand rails.

The south facing sun-lounge is perfect to relax in and watch the birds in the garden. The lounge and main bedroom also face south and have picture windows making the rooms light and giving views of the garden.

The bungalow is all electric with night store and panel heaters. There is a cooker, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, 2 TV’s, DVD/video player, radio/tape/CD player, selection of tapes and DVDs including some of local interest, music tapes and CDs, books of local interest and novels, binoculars and bird books.
