5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of up to 8 people as well as a toddler and a baby. However, the cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for a smaller family or even a couple.
There are 2 double bedrooms, one upstairs with a four-poster bed, the other double being downstairs with an en-suite shower room. Also upstairs there is a twin bedroom, a bedroom with full size bunk beds and a junior bed and a family bathroom with a bath. There is a separate small bedroom with a full-sized cot - 2 cots and 2 highchairs can be provided by arrangement.
The large kitchen / Dining Room has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine and all the usual small appliances. The dining table seats 8.
One sitting room has a colour television with satellite TV, a VCR, DVD, CD Stereo and a wood -burning stove. The second sitting room is ideal for relaxing or reading as there is no TV in that room.
There are televisions in the master bedroom and the kitchen as well. There is a selection of videos, DVDs, games and books for both adults and children. Please email (contact button on left of page) or telephone for bookings or enquiries.

Via Aberystwyth: Take the A487 from Aberystwyth to Llanarth. Turn right at Llanarth on the B4342 (by the bright yellow 'Llanina Arms' pub and restaurant ). After a mile you will see the Woodlands Holiday Park on the right. Go another 300 m and take the first turning right and continue for 200m. At the 3 way junction bear left and Rosemary Cottage ('Ty Rhos Mair') is the second white house on the right. |
