Sea Cottage is a family house - children and sandy feet welcome. It is situated at the top of an unmade, bumpy road and the views extend over the National Trust Heath to the sea and Poole/Bournemouth beyond. There is parking for 2/3 cars. The large back garden is mature and fenced/hedged.

Studland is an unspoilt, peaceful National Trust Village. The long, safe sandy beach of Studland is a beautiful 20 minute walk over fields or a few minutes in the car. Horse riding and golf nearby. Beautiful walks from the gate.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and downstairs kitchen, with table and chairs. Sitting room with log fire, dining room and sun room. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly fitted with all facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, baths, overhead showers) The rest of the house can be described as 'no frills' and that is why it is popular with families - its pretty well all there but not modern.
