The open plan Kitchen / Dining Room is fully fitted with a double fan oven, electric hob, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge / freezer can be found tastefully hidden in large cupboards. The table can be extended to comfortably seat 10 people and a further LCD TV to watch DVDs is available. The French doors open out into the walled garden where a table and seating for 10 can be found.
Basement:
Bedroom One includes a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. This pretty room has French doors which open into the lower patio part of the garden.
Bedroom Two includes two single beds, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Family Bathroom has a roll top bath with hand held high quality shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
1st Floor:
Bedroom Three includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC.
Bedroom Four includes two single beds, a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom Five includes two full sized bed bunks, a Pack and Play cot, rocking chair and changing facilities.
Family Bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Wireless Internet is available.
A high chair and toddler chair are available free of charge upon request. Two safety gates can also be provided, however please be advised that due to the nature of the stairs they cannot be used here but they can be used between doorways.
