The spacious sitting room with 2 comfy sofas and a dining area for 4, opens on to the sunny patio which is ideal for the morning paper and coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening after visiting the wonderful coastline of North Wales and all the attractions it offers.
Having a cosy double bedroom with french doors, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table and a spacious single, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table. The bathroom is conveniently situated opposite the bedrooms, and has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail. Hairdryer and alarm clock for your use.
The sunny kitchen is lovely and light and is very well equipped with everything you need at hand with large fridge/freezer and microwave.
Lamps are switched on for your arrival and there is an initial supply of kitchen roll, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea towels - you just need to bring personal towels. A welcome tray with biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and milk is complimentary.
TV with DVD player and DVDs, radio, books for your enjoyment and plenty of information and leaflets on North Wales.
Travel cot if needed and highchair can be provided at no charge - you just need to bring cot bedding.
Hobbits - our other holiday let, is a double bedroomed mews house next door to Grace House and is ideal for singles, couples, and families wishing to holiday together when rented with Grace House (separate entrances). Please email if you would like details and or photo's of Hobbits.
