Close to the Welsh Border,the cottage has magnificent views of the Breidden Hills and is ideal for bird watching, fishing, cycling, golfing or walking.

The cottage is adjacent to historic St Peter's Church one of the oldest timber framed churches in England and Wales.

The property comprises of hallway through to kitchen and shower room with wash basin and toilet. Leading to first floor-2 bedrooms sleeping 4 in twin single beds. (cot available on request).

The property is centrally heated throughout. All bedlinen and towels will be provided for your convenience.

Ample parking space, garden seating, patio area and fenced off lawn overlooking the river bank. The cottage has its own fishing rights.
