This luxury, two bedroom/two bathroom duplex penthouse is on the second and third floors of a modern complex of 30 apartments set in attractive landscaped communal gardens to the front and rear. The apartment covers an area of over 1,000 square feet. It sleeps 6 people comfortably. With patio doors leading onto a private terrace, the effect is one of light and space, with rich laminate floors, neutral colour schemes throughout, maple doors and chrome fittings.

It is perfectly located for all of London's attractions and conveniently located a few steps from Northfields underground station on the Piccadilly line which serves Heathrow and Central London. Northfields has a friendly, village atmosphere and is in a vibrant, safe area of West London in the borough of Ealing - with its university, parks and tree-lined streets.

On the ground floor of the apartment are the two very spacious bedrooms. The family bedroom has twin beds plus a double sofa-bed, well-stocked library, TV and music area and overlooks the rear gardens. The second bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and power shower attachment.

Carpeted stairs lead to the upper floor where the patio windows flood the sitting room with light. This has a large sofa and two arm chairs, a flat screen multi-channel TV and DVD/MP3 player and overlooks the private outdoor terrace where one can enjoy outside eating on warm summer days.

The spacious, well designed kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you would expect to find in a first class apartment. Next to the kitchen is a contemporary style dining room which seats six people, so when you are entertaining your guests you will not miss out on any of the conversation!

The second shower room is located on this floor.

Facilities include: Triple glazing throughout, multi-channel TV, DVD/MP3 player, radio cassette, CD player, telephone, high speed broadband wifi Internet access, private terrace with table and chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, plug adaptors. Rates from 1 March 2011
1-2 people = £97.00 per night or £600.00 per week

5 people = £135.00 per night or £840.00 per week
6 people = £147.00 per night or £925.00 per week
For the periods 1 July 31 August and 18 December 3 January, a minimum 4 person rate applies.

These rates are inclusive of services, utilities and two car parking spaces but exclusive of a £65.00 end of stay cleaning charge. Rentals are not subject to Value Added Tax. Telephone calls are extra and will be charged at 10 pence per unit. The apartment is prepared for your arrival and cleaned upon departure. Additional maid service can be arranged locally. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

On all bookings a deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required. Upon arrival most properties will require a credit card imprint for a security deposit, this is to cover the cost of telephone calls/laundry charges if applicable and also any damages/dilapidations that may occur.

Methods of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta. A 2.5% surcharge will be levied for bookings made by credit card. Payments can be made in £ Sterling or Euro by Bank Transfer/Wire - Bank details are available on request. The monies should be net of all bank charges when they reach our account.

If cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected, the amount is refunded less a £50.00 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is normally subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.

By public transport:

The apartment is just two minutes walk from Northfields underground station which is on the Piccadilly Line.

Northfields underground station is just 19 minutes (7 stops with no changes) from Heathrow Airport.
It is 45 minutes from St Pancras International Train Terminal.
It is 28 minutes from Piccadilly Circus.

The apartment is also on the E2 and E3 bus routes which run very frequently.

By car:

The apartment is 2.2km from Junction 2 of the M4 and 4.3km from the A40. The M40, M25, M1 and M3 motorways are easily accessible from Ealing.
The apartment has secure parking for 2 cars and is outside the London Congestion Zone.

Alternatively the apartment can be reached by taxi from all London airports and mainline railway stations. All airports serving London are connected to Central London by rapid and frequent train services.

A local taxi service is available opposite the apartment.
