Located in a listed building in the upmarket village of Cults, just 4 miles west of Aberdeen, Scotland and is ideal for short term self catering holiday lets.
The accommodation can sleep up to six in the three bedrooms on the upper floor, with a master bedroom (king size bed) and two further bedrooms each with twin beds.
The fully fitted bathroom contains a separate shower cubicle and electric shaving point and there is a second toilet on the ground floor. All bedding and towels will be supplied.
On the ground floor there is a large comfortable lounge with digital TV with Freeview, video, DVD and hi-fi.
The fully fitted dining kitchen with a wide range of modern units is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing facilities are supplied and there is also an outdoor drying area. A microwave is also supplied, in addition to the oven and hob.
Cot and highchair available if required. Hairdryer supplied.
A welcome self catering pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits will be supplied on your arrival.
The accommodation has a garage with extra parking available, and is situated next to a bus route, parks and local walks.
No pets allowed.
