Set in two acres of private grounds with direct access to the River Witham the cottage is the perfect retreat for discerning guests to enjoy the best that rural Lincolnshire has to offer. The cottage is fully functional as a relaxing home from home available for hire (minimum stay two nights).

Guests will find this most comfortable residence suitable for a romantic get-away at any time of the year. Take in everything this quiet part of the world has to offer or hibernate in cosy surroundings that await.

The cottage is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing time; just unpack the bags and unwind.

Directions

From A17/A16 junction:
Exit onto A17 towards Sleaford for approximately 4.5 miles,

At Bicker Bar Roundabout (junction of A17 and A52), take the 3rd exit onto A52 then go through the next roundabout, continuing on A52 towards Boston,

After 2.8 miles, turn left at B1192 (Station Road, Hubberts Bridge),

After 1 mile, continue over A1121 onto Langrick Road towards Coningsby,

After 2.6 miles turn right at B1192 junction with Ferry Road at Langrick Bridge,

Continue to follow B1192 for 1.5 miles,

Turn left off B1192 at Red House Farm and enter private track towards Copping Syke,

At the copse bear left towards Copping Syke,

At the end of the track turn left at the five bar gate to Copping Syke Farm. Witham Cottage is located at the end of the gravel drive.
