7 Fisher Court is a 2 bedroom first floor apartment based in the exclusive Port Pendennis development behind secure gates and comes with its own dedicated parking space and additional visitor parking also available.

Positioned right next to the National Maritime Museum you are right in the heart of Falmouth, with all the facilities on your door step.

The apartment itself, is finished to a very high specification with all the bedroom and bathroom linen provided by the White Company, London, including robes!

The apartment is extremely well proportioned and very well equipped. The kitchen has a full range of kitchen ware for even the chefs among you and the living room, spaciously furnished comes with a DVD PLayer, Ipod dock and a flat screen 32' TV with full Sky HD for no extra cost. 2 leather sofas, 1 a 2 seater and the other a 3 seater with recliners on all ends. There is a solid oak 6 seater dining table.

The first bedroom is a king size double and all oak furniture with plenty of cupboard space. The second bedroom can either be set up as a twin room or, given the zip and link mattresses, could also be set up as a second king size room. Again, the smaller of the 2 rooms comes with extensive cupboard and hanging space. There is a large bathroom with a bath and up and over shower again tastefully finished.

For those that may need it, there is a travel cot and child seat available in the property.
There is a washer/dryer available for use in the apartment.

Directions

Directions by Car:
After leaving the A30 take the A39 signposted for Truro and continue to follow the A39 through Truro and on to Falmouth. The directions will take you on to Falmouth Road and then on to Dracaena Road.
Follow this road to the end and at the roundabout, take the second exit on to Western Terrace and continue straight across lights and roundabout which leads you on to Melvill Road. Take the second exit off Melvill Road, left, on to Ave Road and follow this down to a roundabout where you take the first exit on to Bar Road / Arwenack Street and then right on to Campbeltown Way.
Once through the gates the property is immediately on the right and the parking place immediately on the left

Directions from Newquay Airport by Car:
Follow directions on to the A30 west bound - Redruth / Truro and then as per above.
