Barony Knoll is an imaginative conversion of the old Cottage Hospital, which stands in its own grounds overlooking the town, Kelso Abbey, Floors Castle, the Rennie Bridge, and the Junction Pool (where the River Tweed and River Teviot meet).

4 Barony Knoll (4BK) is a comfortable self-contained accommodation that has all the varied amenities of both town and country on its doorstep. It is an ideal location for walkers and cyclists and the property is within easy reach of Kelso Town Square (including a host of shops, pubs and restaurants) and Springwood Park Showground.

The accommodation comprises: A large lounge/ dining room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a study with double sofa bed and views over junction pool, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower over bath. A separate cot is available for young children.

The property has been recently decorated and is centrally heated throughout. There is a TV, a DVD Player and a Video Recorder.
Bed linen and towels are provided and all
electricity/ heating is included.

Pets are welcome. Off-street parking.
