The Beach House is a self-catering property. It is located 4 blocks from Aberavon Beach in Port Talbot and is only 15 minutes away from the Afan Forest Park.

It has been well used and loved by mountain bikers, business people, and families alike.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom.

Downstairs is a twin room, a sitting room with a couch large enough and comfortable for sleeping and a space for a folding bed.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a downstairs loo.

The garden is fenced and suitable for dogs and small children.

All bedrooms have TVs, as does the sitting room. There are also DVD players and DVDs provided as well as freeview.
