Detached 3 bedroom cottage situated in the delightful conservation village of Bruntingthorpe, south Leicestershire.

The cottage has three first floor bedrooms (double, twin, single) sleeping up to five and an upstairs bathroom (with shower).

Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen / diner, a small back family room and a front lounge. There is also a small porch area and cloakroom.

The mature garden is private, walled and child friendly. There is a double garage, ample off road parking space and an outside sitting area. Rear elevated views span the open countryside.

Ideal place to relax, explore the countryside or use as a central base for travel throughout England.

Bruntingthorpe village is full of character and charm. There are two pubs and the surrounding countryside is picturesque. Ideal for walking and cycling.

There are many local village pubs and restaurants in the area. Bruntingthorpe is centrally placed for the towns of Lutterworth and Market Harborough and the city of Leicester. Also many Major Motorways are but a short distance away (7/8 miles),
MI, M69, A14, M6 and East Midlands Airport approximately 30 minutes by car.
