Kingfisher Cottage is a beautifully refurbished Victorian Cottage. With two double bedrooms, a two bed single room, two living rooms, a shower, downstairs WC and fully fitted kitchen.

Kingfisher Cottage merges picturesque country living with all the modern conveniences and luxuries of today. The house is positioned in a quaint country-style low maintenance garden, complete with patio and BBQ, and comes with a spacious out building for storing any holiday items you have such as bikes.

One of the very unique features of this property is the fully stocked fishing lake, just 15 seconds away, to which the house has exclusive fishing rights.

All in all this is no ordinary fishing cottage, with all the luxury of a cottage holiday and the freedom and peace to fish whenever you like.

Collingham is about 5mins drive and has a small supermarket and other common amenities.
