The many seals of Portnahaven gather on the rocks just below the house and on the small island opposite and can usually be seen basking only yards away in the evening sun.

The house is in Portnahaven on the Isle of Islay. On arrival into Portnahaven, you should continue straight ahead towards the sea and at the bottom of the hill, you should turn right into Queen Street. Lagmore House is at the very end of the street. |
