LILAC COTTAGE sleeps 4:
Entrance porch with steps down to a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher and lounge with open fire.
Separate dining room and downstairs WC. First floor has large double bedroom with television, twin bedroom and bathroom with over bath shower and WC. Lilac has a built in stair gate. Full gas fired central heating.
APPLE COTTAGE sleeps 2:
Private entrance to ground floor with a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Separate lounge. First floor has a double room with views up the garden, small bathroom WC. Full central heating.
PEAR COTTAGE sleeps 3:
Private entrance hall and staircase. Bathroom with over bath shower & WC. Spacious pine fitted kitchen/dining room. A full size single pull down bed is built into a cupboard in this room. Separate lounge leading to double room with exposed beams. Full central heating.
BEECH COTTAGE sleeps 5:
Entrance to hall, bathroom with over bath shower and WC, twin bedded room. Steps down to dining area and pine fitted kitchen with archway leading through to lounge with log stove.
First floor has a double-bedded room and one large single room with a 'Z' bed if required. Separate WC.
Beech Cottage has full gas fired central heating. Kitchen has a dishwasher.
HOLLY COTTAGE sleeps 6:
Entrance hall/ cloakroom with adjoining shower room/W.C. A large lounge with open fire. Separate kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has all the facilities of the other cottages with the addition of a dishwasher.
First floor comprises bathroom with WC, a double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. Holly has full gas fired central heating.
All the cottages have the use of our indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, games room and our beautiful Victorian walled garden with its unique ancient, yew tree tree-house.
All the cottages have their own parking space within the peaceful gravelled courtyard area.
Ebberston village is a small, pretty village with one superb pub serving delicious food. It is well placed to enjoy the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire moors and coast being only 20 minutes from Scarborough, 30 minutes from York and Whitby and only 6 miles from the North Yorkshire Moors steam railway at Pickering which runs daily trips to Grosmont/Goathland.
We are also only 20 minutes from Flamingo Land theme park and Eden Camp War Museum at Malton.
Free hire of cots, highchairs and stair gates and we include all bed linen and towels free of charge. For those cottages with a wood burning stove we provide the first basket of logs free.
