Rhydyfen is a fine old stone farmhouse and barn built in 1754. We have converted one of the barns into a 5 star holiday cottage, retaining many of its original features. It has ample gravel parking, an individual garden, outdoor patio and barbecue area.

We enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and of the Berwyn Mountains, across the Dee Valley. We are surrounded by the Rhug Estate, which is organically farmed.

At 2,400 acres it is probably the largest organic farm in Wales and this has a very beneficial effect on wildlife in the area. Many species of birds and mammals can be seen on or around the property.

Rhydyfen is 2 miles west of Corwen and a mile from the A5 trunk road. It is easy to get to being only 90 miles from Birmingham, 55 miles from Liverpool and 70 miles from Manchester (and it is also almost a million miles from any big city!)

The main attractions of North Wales are all within easy travelling distance from Rhydyfen. This well maintained and equipped cottage is therefore ideally situated for long holidays, or short breaks, which we are happy to offer out of high season.
