This spacious self-contained property, adjoining the owner's cottage, overlooks farmland in the tranquil village of Thompson. Close to the Peddars Way long-distance path, and a few minutes from Thetford Forest, it provides an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers to enjoy the Breckland countryside.

The market towns of Dereham, Swaffham, Thetford and Wymondham are all less than 30 minutes away, and Norwich under an hour. The Norfolk Broads and the heritage coasts at North Norfolk and Suffolk are within striking distance for day trips.

Accommodation is on two levels comprising lower level: entrance hall, cloakroom, bedroom with twin beds, shower room (no bath) with basin & toilet. Stairs to open-plan upper level: fully-equipped kitchen-diner, large sitting room with feature fireplace and exposed beams.
