Charming cosy holiday cottage set back from Cotherstone village green. Cotherstone village is located in the fabulous countryside of Teesdale, five miles from the market town of Barnard Castle and six miles from Middleton in Teesdale.

The village has a beautiful area to walk and relax down by the side of the river Tees and Balder, only 3 minutes walk from the cottage. Further up the dale on the river Tees is the spectacular Low and High force water falls.

There are two excellent pubs in the village, one serving food just across the village green from Hagg cottage, there is also a post office/ grocers along the road.

The cottage sleeps five in three bedrooms, two double and one single bedroom, one double bed, three single beds, a child cot can be provided if required. The accommodation is well presented and comfortable and provides a great location from which to explore the local area.
