This lovely beach front house is located on a private road situated in the heart of the village and has it's own private beach frontage.

Pevensey Bay is a seaside village with the benefit of local amenities including shops, restaurants and pubs, plus mainline rail
links to London, Hastings and Brighton as well as a local bus service to Eastbourne (approx 5 miles) with it's major shops and entertainments.

The house itself has fantastic sea views from all rooms at the front of the house and also a balcony accessed by French doors from both the double bedroom and king size bedroom upstairs. There is also a twin bedded room on the first floor, a bathroom and a shower room.

Downstairs there is a large through lounge/dining room which opens out at the back of the house to the kitchen which is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven(with extractor hood), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

The lounge and the dining room both have seating for eight people. There is a colour TV with all the free view channels and a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. Books and games are also available to borrow. The fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a sea view is also situated on the ground floor.

Heating is provided by a combination boiler which gives hot water on demand. Both gas and electricity are included in the price.

Outside the house there is a small enclosed patio garden to the rear, with table and chairs and a rotary clothes line and at the front a larger fenced garden- part grass and part seating area with a picnic table that enjoys direct beach frontage.

To the rear there is parking for one car and additional parking in front of the house for a second car if required.

Directions

By Car:
From the A27 east of Eastbourne follow the signs for Pevensey Bay. Once in the village look out for Bay Road on the left. The property is at the end of this road.

By Train:
Pevensey Bay station (0.6 miles is on the local branch line and Pevensey & Westham station (1.5 miles) is on the mainline service from London Victora to Hastings.

By Bus:
A regular bus service (No 99) runs from Eastbourne.
