It is situated within meadows surrounded by the Cotswold escarpment. It has plenty of parking space and two garden areas to sit and enjoy the magnificent scenery.
Although a rural location, Chipping Campden High Street, with its many eating establishments and interesting shops, is only a 3 minutes drive and Stratford-upon-Avon is 15 minutes away, for theatre trips and a wide variety of interesting activities.
A few minutes walk from the cottage are 2 pubs, where good food can be found and also The Three Ways Hotel (the home of The Pudding Club).
The Cotswolds are well known for the most beautiful walks across rolling hills and pretty valleys and a selection of routes are available. Hidcote and Kiftsgate Gardens are both well within walking distance, or can easily be reached by car within 3 minutes.

The Dairy Cottage is centrally located in England, situated on the outskirts of Mickleton, Gloucestershire and within half an hour's drive of the M40, M42 and M5 motorways. A frequent train service exists between London (Paddington) and Moreton-in-Marsh, which is 20 minutes drive away. Birmingham International Airport is only 45 minutes drive away and Heathrow Airport 1.5 hours. The Dairy Cottage is located on the Campden Road out of Mickleton, 300 yards on the right hand side, when travelling in the direction of Chipping Campden from Mickleton. A sign for "The Dairy House" is clearly visible on the gate post beside electric gates. |
