From the property there is a fantastic view North onto the Ochil Hills and right in front of the house sits a lovely old windmill tower on parkland.
This detached house has 5 bedrooms, breakfasting kitchen, a separate dining room, lounge and separate TV/games room, giving great living space and making it ideal accommodation for a large family, or groups of friends. The main bathroom has a luxury spa bath to relax in.
Devonway walkway (part of the Sustrans National Cycle Route) runs near to the house, providing gentle walking or cycling on the disused railway line; or for the more adventurous the Ochil Hills are only 2 miles away.
The Gartmorn Dam Country Park is close by, where you can also walk and cycle. Fishing is permitted in the park and there is an abundance of bird life to be found there.
The Shawpark 18 hole golf course is close by. Alloa (2 miles) has a good shopping centre, major supermarkets and leisure facilities. Great shopping facilities can also be found at Sterling Mills Tillicoultry (2 miles).
Devon Valley House is located in the heart of the Central region of Scotland making it a great base for touring in all directions.
The Historic town of Stirling is only 10 miles away, where you can visit attractions such as Stirling Castle & The Wallace Monument.
The Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, Blair Drummond Safari Park, Gleneagles and the Falkirk Wheel, are all within easy driving distance.
A visit to Knockhill, Scotlands only motor race circuit, is only 16 miles away. With access to the M9 or using the newly re opened railway line from Alloa to Stirling, means Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Fife and St Andrews, are all less than an hour away.
This is a great location, in an area which has something to offer the whole family.
