Bays Hill is a Grade II listed building situated in the historic market town of Llandeilo, situated on the edge of the Breacon Beacons National Park.

Llandeilo is a bustling market town in the River Towy valley nestling in the foothills of the Black Mountains, with convenient access to the M4.

The house was built in 1815 and is large, spacious and comfortable with considerable character throughout.

The house comprises of 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to twelve people. Two bathrooms. A large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, dining room and drawing room with television and CD player.

There is a very large and enchanting turreted woodland garden offering privacy and tranquillity and excellent fun for children. Ideal for families wishing to share a large house.

There are numerous nearby attractions, such as The National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Doloucothi Gold Mines, Aberglasney Country House, Dinefwr Castle and Park and Pembrey Country Park for the children. Shops, craft shops, art galleries and quaint tea-rooms.

There are also a terrific selection of friendly pubs to suit all tastes, offering a great variety of beer and food.

The picturesque beaches of Pembrokshire and the Gower are only a short drive away.

u>From London / South East:
Follow the M4 West over the Severn Bridge into Wales.

From the South West:
Head North East on the M5. At Junction 18A take the M49 to link up with the M4. Head West until junction 32, then take A470 North. Just outside Brecon take the A40 heading West and follow through Llandovery in the direction of Llandeilo.

From the North / Midlands
Take the M5 South to junction 8. Join the M50 and follow to its end. Pick up A40 (heading West) and follow through Monmouth, Abergavenny, Brecon and Llandovery to Llandeilo.
