Church House Farm presents two luxurious recently converted 5 Star Grade II Listed Barn conversions, situated in a wonderful setting with stunning views over the beautiful countryside of South Shropshire, nestling in the shadows of the Clee Hills.

Church House Farm awaits to welcome you. No longer a working farm but still amidst a farming community, the cottages adjoin the owners half timbered farm house, overlooking the historic church in the sleepy picturesque hamlet of Milson.

The two luxurious cottages, Oak Barn and The Granary, are presented to the highest of standards, individually furnished with care and attention to detail and enhanced by a mixture of contemporary and period presentation with no expense spared.

Both have "upside down" accommodation with a wealth of exposed ceiling and wall timbers and oak floors/joinery throughout, certainly adding to the "wow" factor. Comfort is assured by way of double glazing and full oil central heating.

Only 11 miles from Ludlow, 4 miles from the market towns of Cleobury Mortimer and Tenbury Wells the cottages at Church House Farm are conveniently located for exploring this stunning area.

The area is renowned for walkers and cyclists, with an abundance of footpaths and bridleways winding their way through this delightful rural countryside, with the Clee Hills and Wyre Forest being only a short distance away. Walkers and Cyclists Welcome Accreditation.

Oak Barn (Sleeps 6 + cot)
Oak Barn offers three bedroom accommodation with two double beds and a twin bedded room. A cot with bedding and highchair are available. The upstairs vaulted open plan living area takes advantage of the fine views and certainly where the bird-life/wildlife can be enjoyed.

The Granary (Sleeps 2 + cot)
The Granary offers one bedroom accommodation with the option of a double sofa bed in the sitting room again taking advantage of the delightful rural setting.

The kitchens are of the latest design with all appliances built-in to include a wine chiller! Flat screen T.V.'s with Freeview, DVD Players and C.D. music systems with ipod docks are all installed.

All bed linen, towels, oil and electricity are included in the tariff together with some bathroom toiletries. A homemade cake awaits your arrival.

Outside each cottage enjoys a good sized patio/courtyard sitting out area with table, chairs and barbecue for those balmy evenings.

Excellent/ample parking facilities are provided close to the cottages. A lock-up cycle store is also available together with drying room.
