A romantic grade II listed cottage, recently refurbished to provide modern comfort whilst maintaining its historic character. It has a siting/dining room, well equipped kitchen, good sized bedroom with high ceiling and french doors giving on to the roof terrace, and a newly fitted bathroom at the back of the bedroom.

There is also a mezzanine working area with a desk that can be used if desired and Wifi Internet. There is a real flame gas log burner in the sitting room to provide instant heat and atmosphere without the mess of a real fire.

The cottage is located within the conservation area of this medieval Cinque Port, but is set back from the road so is private and more peaceful.

It's also a very short walk to the river, to a variety of pubs and restaurants, shops, bus stop and the rail station. Sandwich is close to the sea, which can be accessed via a lovely walk across fields or via the road.

Several championship golf courses are located close by, with the closest and most famous being St George's. Sandwich is well placed to visit Canterbury, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate, Deal, Dover and even to pop across the channel to France for a day!
