The Barn is privately situated in the grounds of a 17th Century Thatched Cottage. The location is great for Warwick, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Coventry, Northampton, Silverstone, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Oxford and even London and Birmingham (via a 1 hour train service from Banbury).

The accommodation consists of a living room with double height vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows on to a garden view. Off the Living room is a double shower and toilet, plus a kitchenette with microwave.

The L shape sofa in the Living room would easily sleep a third adult or two children (Included in double price if you bring sleeping bags)

Upstairs there is a double bedroom for which linen is provided.

The Barn is circa 300 years old and has been subject to a recent complete renovation. The best of the older features have been retained, and are now complimented by the latest contemporary style and furniture. There is also a bug screen LCD TV, PlayStation 3, and a Music system available.

Outside you are welcome to use the grounds and sit in the evening sun.
