Paddock Cottage is located in Whitby town centre. A picture postcard cottage, which sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms.

The Accommodation:

A light spacious lounge area with TV. and DVD.
The fully fitted kitchen contains washing machine, microwave, Fridge-freezer, a pine fitted table and seating.

A Bathroom with iron bath, separate step in power shower corner cabin and WC.

A total of 3 bedrooms over 2 floors.

1st floor:
1 master Double bedroom sleeps 2 with en-suite WC and washbasin. TV/Combi DVD.

2nd floor:
Stairs lead up directly into the single bedroom - sleeps 1.
Walk through this into the next Double bedroom - sleeps 2. 2nd double bedroom portable TV.

  • Gas central heating and double glazing.
  • South facing garden with patio area and water feature.
  • High standard of furnishings throughout.
  • Opened beamed ceilings and wooden floors also fitted carpets in the bedrooms.

    By Car:
    Drive to town centre West Cliff, and head for Cliff Street, once on Cliff Street you can park in the short stay car park to unload for The Paddock Cottage.
