The kitchen has a microwave oven, four ring gas hob, fridge and freezer and the cottage is centrally-heated.
The cottage is located in the West Norfolk village of Emneth about 3 miles SW of the Georgian market town of Wisbech and is peacefully sited at the end of the walled gardens.
Wisbech, in the Cambridgeshire fens is the nearest town with March, Downham Market and King's lynn around 10 to 15 miles distant.
The cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Fenlands of Cambridgeshire and West Norfolk with the beautiful North Norfolk beaches from Heacham along the coast to Wells and beyond within easy reach.
There are many stately homes within a short drive including Peckover House, Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall. The Thursford museum and steam collection and the Fakenham race course are easily accessible and not far off, the Welney Wetlands bird sanctuary are a great attraction for bird-watchers.
