Situated on the edge of the spectacular Gower Peninsula, this comfortable and spacious detached family home is centrally placed to enjoy its stunning beaches and walks, whilst remaining within easy reach of the City amenities.

There is room for all the family to spread out and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Gower countryside. With beaches galore, and and increasing number of tourist activities then you will never be short of ideas for your holiday.

The property has an enclosed rear garden with patio area, three large living rooms and a conservatory, and off road parking for three cars.

There is a well stocked corner shop, and pub within easy walking distance, with further restaurants and shops locally. For golf enthusiasts, the Gower Golf Club, with its beautiful views over the Loughor Estuary, is approximately 1.5 miles away.

    Pets Allowed: Yes. We welcome pets at Gower Edge, and it seems to be a common reason for visitors to return. Pets holiday for free at our property, and we are happy to welcome several at a time. We have a sizeable, reasonably enclosed back garden, and there are some good spaces available locally for exercise.
    Smoking Allowed: No. Gower Edge is a non-smoking property.

    Linen Provided: Yes. Bedding and towels are included in the price. The beds have duvets, and additional towels are available at the property.

    Outdoor Facilities: Yes. Gower Edge has an enclosed rear garden with lawns and shrubs. There is a hedge to one side which might be penetrated by an enthusiastic escapee dog, but the garden is not overlooked.

    Local Services: A local shop is within easy walking distance for provisions, and there are other shops locally at Killay. If you enjoy golf, there are six golf courses within ten miles, the nearest being Gower Golf course, which is 1.5 miles away.

    Leave at Junction 47 of the M4 motorway:
    Take the A483 for Swansea. At the first roundabout turn right on to the A484, signposted Llanelli. Go straight across the next roundabout and at the next roundabout turn left onto the B4296 for Gowerton. Go under the railway bridge and straight over the traffic lights into Hill Street. Turn left in about 150-200 yds at the next set of traffic lights, into Brynymor Road. Almost immediately turn right at the roundabout into Cecil Road, the B4296, signposted for Dunvant.
    Continue for nearly 2 miles until the road bends sharply to the right and then back to the left around a green with a play area (Dunvant Square). Turn right at the roundabout just after the post office, up the steep hill. This is Killan Road and is signposted for Three Crosses. Continue up the hill until it levels off. Gower Edge is set back from the road on the right, a few houses past the Spar shop also on the right hand side.
