It is set in a very rural location, down a quiet lane with no through traffic and has its own garden and off-road parking.
Situated in the middle of beautiful countryside, it's within easy reach of the picturesque market towns of Ledbury and Tewkesbury, the racecourse or shopping in Cheltenham, the cathedral city of Gloucester, the jazz festival at Upton-upon-Severn or the Three Counties Show at Malvern.
There are plenty of footpaths around if you like walking locally.
Also the Malvern Hills are nearby for some more strenuous climbing, which will be rewarded with some fantastic views.
The North Cotswolds with charming villages like Chipping Campden and Broadway are only about 35 miles away.
Downstairs the cottage consists of a large kitchen/dining room, complete with fireplace and enormous oak refectory table.
The kitchen is equipped with electric range cooker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Next to it is a sitting room with wood burner stove, 3 piece leather Chesterfield suite, flat screen TV with Freeview, plenty of books and some toys and puzzles.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a walk-in cupboard, twin beds, two dressing tables with mirrors and plenty of drawer space.
There is a second bedroom with twin beds, a dressing table and a large built-in cupboard. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and wash basin.
The views from the bedrooms are magnificent over the surrounding countryside.
There is pub within 2 miles distance that is renowned for its excellent food. The nearest shop is about 1 mile away and sells all basic necessities. Supermarkets are further away in Ledbury (9 miles), Tewkesbury (8 miles) or Gloucester (9 miles). The nearest petrol station is about 4 miles.
We welcome families with young children and a cot, playpen, and high chair are available, as well as some baby toys. It is possible to borrow a pushchair with or without a baby carriage cot. Washing facilities are available at the main farmhouse if required.
Change-over day is on Fridays. Departure time is 10.00 am and Arrival time is 15.00. Bed linen, towels, oil and electricity are included in the price. Well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Leave M50 at junction 2: Turn left at T-crossing onto the A417 towards Gloucester. Take the 2nd left signed Lowlands, Pendock. Follow road until crossroads, turn right. Take 1st left past Eldersfield Church. After 100 yards, take 1st left signed Hill Court Farm (dead-end road). Follow lane past wind-turbine and through gates, main farmhouse is black-and-white timber framed building on right. To reach cottage, drive on past main house and turn right at the end of the garden, turn right almost immediately through metal farm gate and turn left along concrete road. Parking is at the end. |
