This charming and pretty cottage has a cosy atmosphere, with a double bedroom, kitchen with washing machine,ironing board/cooker/ fridge/freezer, toaster kettle etc, shower/washroom, sitting room with dining area and hallway. There is adequate comfy furniture.
We are surrounded by gardens, fields with horses and beautiful walks through woods opposite.
Excellent award winning pubs are within 2 miles, also a quaint shop The Pickled Village. You do need a car, but our parking area is large and off-road.
TV/magazines/tourist information/games/books and anything else you might need may be found in the main house!
Laxton is on the borders of 3 Counties - Northamptonshire/Rutland/Lincolnshire. Finesahde/Rutland Water/Oundle/Oakham/Uppingham Public schools/Rockingham Speedway/ Burghley House/Dene Park/Kirby Hall/golf/riding/sailing fishing and much more. You can never be bored staying here!
The Loft flat is next to our Cottage and has a kitchenette/shower/double bed/sitting room with beautiful views.
The Vicarage is the 'home' of Martha Hill/Beauty Naturals mail order business.
