Pebble Cottage is a traditional fisherman's cottage, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and only a few seconds walk from the beach. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and includes a modern well fitted kitchen, breakfast room and large dining/living area. To the rear is a secluded and sunny lawned garden.

This pretty and cosy cottage is not only a few paces from the sea but also a short walk from the excellent amenities of Thorpeness itself. In the centre of the village is the Mere, a wildlife rich lake, with rowing boats and punts for hire.

Thorpeness also has a Country club with tennis courts, superb 18 hole golf course, the Dolphin pub and village shop. Lovely heathland and seaside walks, with the opportunity for birdwatching at Westwood Marshes.

Accommodation
The large living/dining room (25' X 13') is comfortable and attractive, containing books, games, TV with DVD and VHS player.

The kitchen contains all the accoutrements of a modern kitchen, including a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/drier.

A sunny breakfast room adjoins the kitchen overlooking the garden to the south.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two that share an ensuite shower room, and a third with its own period bathroom suite.

A new gas fired boiler provides plenty of hot water and warm central heating.

All bed-linen and towels included.

Fitted child stair gates.

Travel cot available.

There is a designated parking space available located to the rear of the garden.
