Ffrydd House is an elegant 200 year old eco-friendly town house with many period features, in the small market town of Knighton, within a few yards of Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way long distance paths.

The house has large reception rooms, consisting of a sitting room with marble fireplace and patio doors to the terrace, elegant dining room and farmhouse kitchen - each room has seating for 8 people.

The kitchen has a Rayburn, 5 ring gas hob, eye level oven, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cooking and serving dishes, china and fine glass. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and a lovely old wooden staircase to the 1st floor.

On the 1st floor is a library area with plenty of books, comfortable armchairs, an inglenook fireplace and views over the garden and hills beyond.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, a bathroom and shower room.
Outside is a huge terrace for AL fresco dining, a rockery and garden with lawn plus extensive private parking area, all behind large sold wooden doors to the street.

The Offa's Dyke Centre in the town, offers extensive information on local history, walks and places to visit. An ideal base for exploring the historic and beautiful border country of England and Wales.
