Outside, the lodge has a large enclosed garden, safe for children to play. Surrounding the lodge is decking, nice just to sit and read or stroll round or take in the fabulous views across the hills.
At the rear is a large summer-house used mostly during the summer months; after dining on the balcony its ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the sun go down.
Bluebell Lodge offers all modern facilities required to enjoy your holiday. If cooking is not on the list to do, Kippford provides 2 great family pubs, offering traditional beers and good food. Both are pet and children friendly.
Beaches and Golf are just five minutes away. Great walks in the nearby forest.

From The North or South: Take M6 to Gretna and follow signs for Dumfries A75 approximately 29 miles. Reaching Dumfries take signpost for Dalbeattie A711 and The Solway Coast. Reaching Dalbeattie turn left for Kippford and Rockcliffe on the A710. In 3 miles turn right at Barnbarroch Pottery. (Golf Course on the right). Pass the Golf Course and Doon Park Caravan park. Take 1st Left. Bluebell Lodge is on your left. |
