This stone built cottage is situated along the High Street, going down the hill into the old village of Staithes. The cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard yet retains its original features, such as wooden floorboards and open fire. The accommodation is over four floors.

Entering the cottage takes you into the cosy lounge with open fire in feature fireplace.

Next to the lounge is a second sitting room. Stairs leading down into the spacious kitchen/diner with tiled floor.

Backdoor leads out onto the patio area.

On the first floor is one double bedroom and shower room with double shower and heated towel rail.

There is also an area with day bed, which can be used as a single bed. Stairs lead up to the second floor, where there is a double bed and second bathroom with roll top bath, toilet and wash basin.

Services include - Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing bored, wall mounted TVs with DVD player.
