Bottom Shop started life as a Joiners workshop, on Elterwater main village street. Its traditional style has kept people coming back year on year. Entrance is into a small hallway, with hooks for coats and space for muddy boots.

The Living/Dining area offers ample space for three tired walkers to relax after a day on the fells.

The log burner keeps you warm on winter nights and in summer the back door opens on to a large shared garden and orchard with private patio.

There is a large double bedroom with king-size Sleigh bed. The small single bedroom has a built in wardrobe and overlooks the garden.

Both the kitchen and shower room are compact, but well laid out for ease of use.
