Built on the water's edge in the 1880's Strath Cottage is a detached cottage located in the fishing village of Ullapool on the west coast of Highland Scotland.

The house offers a beautiful and well catered base for visitors who would like to explore and experience this unspoiled region alive with music and culture. Being one of only a handful of shore-front facing cottages Strath Cottage offers outstanding panoramic views of the sea and mountains.


The cottage Sleeps 6 with off street parking. At 150 yards from Ullapool harbour you are within walking distance of all the main facilities in the village including some great music and arts venues, bars and restaurants.

Ullapool is just 55 miles North-West of Inverness by road. Ullapool is well signposted from Inverness.

Follow the A835 until you arrive at Ullapool:
As you enter the town, just keep the sea to your left and drive along Shore Street towards the harbour.
When you take the 2nd right into West Lane - Strath Cottage is the 1st entrance on the left.
