Clee House is a Victorian Cottage built in 1850 and retaining many original features; village location close to Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and the pretty market town of Holt.

Spacious accommodation comprises, sitting room with open fireplace, DVD, flat screen TV and Internet access.

Separate dining room with dining table seating 4, kitchen with range of units, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Separate utility room with butlers sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Downstairs WC. Upstairs two double bedrooms with storage.

Newly refurbished bathroom with bath, separate shower, heated towel radiator, WC and basin. Saturday changeover.

As you reach Thursford take B1354 towards Melton Constable. Continue through Melton Constable, until you reach cross roads marked Thurning and Briston Village.
Turn right into centre of the village.
Passing the Co-op on your right, Church Street is the first left. Clee House is the end house on the right.
