The charming Edwardian village of Woodhall Spa, is only 1/2 mile away with an excellent range of shops and restaurants.

The historic Kinema in the Woods is also close by, as is Jubilee Park with its open air swimming pool and a variety of sports facilities including tennis, bowls and putting.

Lincoln City with its beautiful cathedral and quaint castle area, is a twenty mile drive away and the Lincolnshire Wolds can be explored after a visit to the old market town of Horncastle, where you might pick up a bargain at one of its many antique shops.

Take the Stixwould Road passing The Petwood Hotel and Village Limits pub on your right.
Travel another 200m and go straight over onto a wide bridal way, ignoring the right turn and left hand bend.
