Heatherview stands in a quiet lane along which ponies and donkeys roam. From here you can walk straight onto the New Forest National Park.

There is a double(king size) room, a twin room and a double sofa bed in the dining room. The cosy sitting room has digital Freeview TV/CD and a log fire. The sunny kitchen has a table and seating and leads into the pretty and private garden.

The Hare and Hounds, 8 minutes walk away, has a good restaurant and is child and dog friendly. There are other good restaurants in Sway and in the New Forest village of Brockenhurst Three miles away. Lymington, also three miles, is a Georgian market town on the Solent with a busy High Street and Quayside and hourly ferries to the Isle of Wight. The Channel coast with beaches and clifftop walks is 15 minutes drive.

Local activities include guided walks, cycling, riding, fishing, golf, Spas and leisure centres.

The cities of Winchester, Salisbury, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Southampton are all within an hours' drive.
