The comfortable lounge has two settee's, electric fire, oil central heating, wide screen TV, freeview box, DVD player, as well as numerous books, maps and information leaflets for you to use during your stay. At the other end of the lounge is the dining table and chairs with spectacular views across Scapa Flow. All heating and lighting are included in the tariff.
The Annexe comfortably sleeps four people in two bedrooms. One room has a double bed, the other has two singles. All bed linen is supplied.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. All towels and bath mats are provided.
The Annexe has a large modern kitchen with breakfast bar which also enjoys sea views. It has been equipped to a very high standard containing:- large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, cooker.
There will be a starter pack waiting your arrival. It will include a few Orkney specialities as well as bread, eggs from our neighbour, butter etc and a couple of dishwasher and laundry tablets.
There is a washer and drier available in the laundry room should you wish to do any laundry. An iron and board are provided in The Annexe.
Outside there is a garden area with seating to take in the sea air! There is also your own car parking space and washing line.
We are very sorry but we cannot accept pets, smokers or children. If there is anything we can help with please do not hesitate to get in touch.

You can get to Orkney by ferry from Gills Bay, Caithness with Pentland Ferries www.pentlandferries.co.uk Northlink Ferries operate sailings to Orkney from both Aberdeen and Scrabster. You can fly to Orkney, via Glasgow, Inverness, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and now Birmingham. |
