The property is ideal for walkers, with plenty of footpaths nearby, or a relaxing holiday and a comfortable base from which to explore the island.
The chalet comprises a combined kitchen/lounge/diner,one double bedroom and bathroom.
The Kitchen/Dining area is fully fitted with table and chairs, electric oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. There is plenty of storage and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The Lounge area has a modern leather sofa, side table with lamp, electric fire and a flat screen satellite TV with combined radio/CD/DVD player.
L-Shaped Bedroom has a double bed, with comfortable memory foam mattress, matching wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, wall mirror, towel rail and electric heater.
The Bathroom is completely tiled with heated towel rail and has a separate shower area with extractor fan.
Please Note:
Children and pets are not allowed on the site.
There are steep steps up to the chalet, which would make it
unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

From East Cowes or Fishbourne: Follow road to Newport. At main junction in Newport turn left at traffic lights towards Sandown. Straight ahead at next roundabout - after approx a mile turn right signposted to Shanklin and Ventnor. Follow this road to Rookley - at the left hand bend turn right signposted to Niton. Entering Niton village Norris's shop is on the left with the White Lion pub on your right at the one-way junction. Straight ahead, with Post Office and butcher's shop on your left continue up Institute Hill passing Glen Approach on the left. As the road slopes downhill look out for a concealed drive on the right hand side with a small sign marked Boxer's Lane - this is where the entrance to the property is located. At the top there is a large wrought iron gate which leads to the car park. If travelling from Yarmouth: Follow signs for Freshwater and take the coast road right through to Niton. Turn right at the junction with Norris's store opposite then follow directions as above. |
