The spacious fully fitted new kitchen converted from an old stable has cream units, solid wooden worktops, tiled floor, table, dresser, Belfast sink, cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer if required in the garage.
Off the kitchen is a separate dining room with dresser, round dining table and a small settee.
On the ground floor is also a single bedroom with wrought iron bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and a fully fitted Victorian-style bathroom.
Upstairs is fully carpeted throughout and is approached via an attractive staircase leading into a large lounge with gas cast iron stove.
The lounge is well furnished with settees and chairs, TV, DVD, music centre, with a variety of tables and bookshelf.
There are 2 large bedrooms, one double with en suite shower facilities and the other a twin room. Both have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, full-length mirror, table lamps and portable television.
There is parking for up to 2 cars immediately adjacent to the Granary.
