The Granary was converted into a charming holiday home in the heart of the Sussex countryside, officially designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.

Occupying a superb rural position, it stands in the grounds of the owners' property and is well located to explore much of Kent and Sussex.

The Granary is approached from a quiet country lane with far reaching views over its own fields and the undulating countryside beyond. The property is entirely individual with a private garden and patio area/BBQ facilities overlooking the wonderful views.
An oak door leads into a terracotta tiled entrance lobby with boot/shoe stand and plenty of hanging space for coats.

The spacious fully fitted new kitchen converted from an old stable has cream units, solid wooden worktops, tiled floor, table, dresser, Belfast sink, cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer if required in the garage.

Off the kitchen is a separate dining room with dresser, round dining table and a small settee.

On the ground floor is also a single bedroom with wrought iron bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and a fully fitted Victorian-style bathroom.

Upstairs is fully carpeted throughout and is approached via an attractive staircase leading into a large lounge which is well furnished with 3 sofas, TV, DVD, music centre, variety of tables and well stocked bookshelf.

There are 2 large bedrooms, one double with en suite shower facilities and the other a twin room. Both have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, full-length mirror and table lamps.

There is parking for up to 2 cars immediately adjacent to the Granary. Regret No Children Under 5. No Pets. No smoking in the Granary.
