Welcome to Flat No.9........a fully modernised light and airy two bedroom first floor flat at No.9 Ardconnel Street in Inverness, just a stone's throw from the city centre. Flat No.9 is situated in the quiet residential conservation area known as Crown, up above the main hustle and bustle of the shops, but only a two minute walk to get to all restaurants, theatre, cinema, music venues, shopping etc.

If it's a pure city break or a base for touring the area that you are seeking, then Flat No.9 is perfectly placed and the owners are very happy to help with ideas on what to do during your stay. Just give them a call at anytime.

The building itself is late Victorian and, while the interior has been fully renovated to reflect 21stC tastes, the character of this part of Inverness has maintained its Victorian roots.

Flat No.9 has been refurbished to a high modern standard and, with heating in every room, large double bed, two singles, tasteful furniture and storage space to die for, the emphasis is on comfort and high quality living.

The roomy bathroom is fitted to a high standard and the kitchen is well appointed with electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster and large fridge freezer. There is also a washer/dryer machine for you too.

To complete the fully modern feel, you will also be able to enjoy Flat screen TV/DVD, free WiFi internet access and CD/Radio player. A good selection of books, DVD's and games will help you laze away the odd evening in.

    Buses, taxis and trains are all minutes away and the airport is only a 15 minute drive from the Flat.

    Spotting No.9 Ardconnel Street is easy enough.
    Old Victorian building, white painted wooden door with 9 on it, beige painted stonework surrounding the door, small wrought iron gate. Flat No.9 is the first floor flat and has its own sign on the inside door. You can't miss it.

    Parking is free.

    From the airport - Flat No.9 is only 10 miles away, approx 15-20 minutes.
    From the A9, driving up from the south - Flat No.9 is only 5 minutes away after you turn off the A9.
    From the train station - Flat No.9 is only ten minutes walk.
