Situated on the banks of Lochearn, in the heart of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, The Boathouse is a stunning family home surrounded by picturesque mountains, lochs, castles, golf courses and villages.

The Boathouse occupies a unique position directly beside the loch, with its own jetty, moorings and fishing rights allowing you to water-ski, fish, sail and canoe from the door. Hill-walking is also at your door.

Facilities:
On the ground floor an extensive new Lochside deck area offers a superb social space, with access from the lounge via stunning, fully retractable french-doors. A large open-plan living/dining area, with wood burning stove, is the social hub of the house.

The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main one with its own sitting area looking out over the loch. The top floor is a stunning adult or teenage retreat with its own entrance, television and sofa.

No Smoking - No jet-skis or wet-bikes - Pets by arrangement

Directions

From Glasgow and Edinburgh travel towards Stirling (M80): Take the A84 exit for Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Continue on this until you reach Locearnhead. Turn right onto the A85 towards Perth. We are 400 metres on the right opposite the Lochearnhead Hotel.

From Perth:
Follow the A85 until your reach Lochearnhead.
