Kitchen / diner
The kitchen / diner is large, light and airy, fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided, as are tea towels. A small vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board are also provided, along with a small quantity of cleaning materials. A radio/CD player is available to keep you company while you cook.

With space to hang your outdoor clothing and leave any muddy boots and shoes.
Upstairs
Delightful large light and airy L shaped living area with a large comfortable seating unit in one half with TV/DVD player and Sky TV and bookcase with a small selection of books, guides and boardgames should the temptation to stay indoors and relax prove too strong.
A second sofa, chair and coffee table in the other half for you to sit and chat or just watch the world go by.
Flooring throughout the house is character oak. Downstairs heating is underfloor, controlled by individual thermostats in each room and, upstairs, by radiators.
