One side of the property is uniquely surrounded by water at high tide and to take full advantage of the outstanding sea views the main living accommodation is situated on the first floor.

The compact modern fitted kitchen has a glass halogen hob, fan assisted electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Separate dining room with six seater table and a self contained shower / WC room.

On the ground floor are two excellent sized bedrooms, the double room having a spacious en-suite shower room/WC (power shower) off which is a launder room with washer/drier. A further twin room has a en-suite bathroom/WC.

Directions

If travelling from the south from the M6 take the A75 autoroute signed Dumfries/Stranraer until you reach the roundabout at Newton Stewart. Take the left exit A714 follow this road until you reach Isle of Whithorn. Rosnat is on the right-hand side as you drive through the village (three cream houses that jut into the bay Rosnat is the middle property)
