This large Lincolnshire Holiday Cottage is situated in the middle of our peaceful, rural village only a few miles from the market town of Louth.

Moatside is a lovely cottage sleeping up to eight people and is ideal for a relaxing break with family or friends.

The cottage is set amidst the charming leafy setting opposite the 11th century village church. The area lends itself to both walking and cycling throughout the year.

There are two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. The double rooms both have ensuite showers (one with a wet room).

The main bathroom has a claw foot bath with shower spray as well as a large glass fronted shower.

The cottage has WiFi and one of the twin rooms has the facilitiy of a computer, so if you need to keep in contact with your work place or have access to the web, then this is in place for you.

To one side of the property is a historic moat which once ran from South Cockerington Hall.

The moat has permanently filtered running water. There are fish in the moat which is fenced off with picket fencing.
