Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms with a king size, double size and single sized beds, bedside cabinets with lamps are provided in each room together with suitable hanging space.
The bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and wall mounted shower over the bath, there is also a large airing / storage cupboard to one side.
Externally there is a detached single garage which has a tumble dryer and storage for the garden patio furniture and BBQ.
There is a long side driveway with offroad parking for 3 vehicles.

From the M42 leave at junction 12 approching from the South or junction 13 approaching from the North and take road signposted for Ashby de la Zouch town centre. From the North follow road for 2 miles and proceed down the high street, at the bottom of the high street cross 2 mini roundabouts and carry straight on up Kilwardby Street once you have crested the hill follow the road for a further half a mile and then turn left into Beaumont Drive then within 100 yards turn right into Woodside, carry on down the hill until the road bends left at which point the house is on your left hand side. From the South follow the road for 2 miles passing the golf club on your left and The Station Hotel on your right, you will eventually come to a mini roundabout here you turn left this is Kilwardby Street at which point you follow the previously described directions. |
